About The Attuned Organisation
The Practice
The Attuned Organisation is a research-grounded leadership advisory practice. We partner with boards, executive teams, and senior leaders to strengthen the relational dynamics that shape high-performance cultures.
Our work is grounded in original empirical research and proprietary frameworks developed at the intersection of relational leadership, psychological safety, and workplace attachment. Every instrument, intervention, and advisory engagement we deliver can be traced to the underlying research — so that what we recommend is specific to the challenge being addressed.
OUR FOUNDER
Sadruddin James Nodjoumi
Sadruddin is the founder of The Attuned Organisation. His work bridges eighteen years of C-suite transformation advisory with original empirical research into relational leadership, psychological safety, and workplace attachment.
He has advised boards and executive teams across financial services, professional services, energy, technology, FMCG, law, and government on organisational transformation, operating model design, technology modernisation, and strategic change. Clients have included BP, Visa, Lloyds Banking Group, J.P. Morgan, UBS, Credit Suisse, HM Treasury, and Imperial Brands.
His research at Warwick Business School, published on SSRN (DOI: 10.2139/ssrn.6516138), produced the ARR Framework™ and the Attachment-Filtered Interplay Model™, the proprietary frameworks that underpin the practice’s diagnostic instruments and advisory services. His doctoral research at King’s College London extends this work into the mechanisms that shape how leadership practices register across teams.
Sadruddin holds an MBA from Warwick Business School, a postgraduate certificate in global security and strategy from SOAS University of London, a postgraduate diploma in legal practice from the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice (in association with the University of Oxford), and a bachelor of laws from the University of Bristol. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
