Every engagement begins with a diagnostic phase that maps the leadership practices already in play and how they are experienced across the team. We use proprietary instruments derived from original research at Warwick Business School and King’s College London — the ARR Framework™ and the Attachment-Filtered Interplay Model™ — to surface patterns that conventional climate surveys miss.
We then interpret those patterns with the executive team, translating data into a shared language for what is working, what is fragile, and where leadership practice needs to develop. Interventions are sequenced to the specific dynamics revealed, not pulled from a generic playbook.
Throughout, we work alongside boards, CEOs, and senior leaders as advisors rather than facilitators — combining eighteen years of C-suite transformation experience with active empirical research into relational leadership and psychological safety.
